This is a great full time opportunity through Goodwill Commercial Services! The Tremont warehouse is located at 413 N. Tremont St. Indianapolis, IN 46222. Our Commercial Services warehouse is in need of a full time forklift operator/box truck driver. Time will be split between transporting product using the forklift and light deliveries with the box truck. Hours are Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrating behavior consistent with Goodwill Industries Historic Values, Basic Principles and Standards of Conduct
- Drives truck to destination.
- Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition.

The teacher will be a member of a turnaround school community and will aid in developing a new educational model to complement the acclaimed barrier removal work Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana does at The Excel Centers, Nurse Family Partnership, and other award-winning programs.
School priorities include:
- High rigor, high support instruction to close academic gaps and prepare students for post-secondary opportunities
- Trauma-informed social emotional learning
- Student and family empowerment through coordination with a robust Student Services team of coaches, counselors, and more.

Employee will provide coverage for absent instructor or support staff as needed. The employee will be responsible for carrying out lesson plans/duties of the instructor for whom he/she is substituting for and meeting the duties of teaching as outlined in laws and policies.
When not covering for an absent staff member, employee will assist with school supervision and office tasks including data entry. Assignments may be changed GEI or school principal at the last minute based on need. The Long Term Substitute Instructor will serve as a member of the instructional team for an extended period of time such as maternity leave, unexpected vacancy, etc. of the permanent classroom teacher. During this assignment, the Long Term Substitute instructor will take over all the roles and responsibilities of the assigned classroom teaching position.
This role will develop and implement lessons based on state standards and school curriculum maps and resources, deliver differentiated instruction, and provide feedback and improve student learning for a diverse group of students.
