A $375 SIGNING BONUS WILL BE PAID AFTER COMPLETING 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT   Job Summary The Young Learner’s Childcare Center (YLCC) is designed to provide free, temporary, short-term childcare for the students of the Excel Center until regular childcare is located. The YLCC is available when students are studying on-site or are in class, and will serve children up to age 12.    The Young Learner’s Childcare Attendant assists in ensuring the safe and caring management of all the students entrusted to the center. Directs all higher-level questions to the appropriate associate or manager. - Maintains cleanliness of sales floor (purge, colorize, run racks, and merchandise). Textiles or Wares Producer:  - Sorts product to identify quality and value (checks for holes, missing buttons, defective zippers, or stains and cleans as needed) and properly barbs, tags, and hangs textiles or wares.  Groups textiles (categorizing by light to dark and solid to prints). - Produces 100 pieces per hour adhering to Goodwill’s pricing standards and updates daily production tracking sheet. - Occasionally uses a pallet jack and regularly uses a conveyor belt. Uses a wide range of teaching devices and methodologies appropriate to the class content, the learners' level, goals, and priorities which increase student achievement results.   Other Requirements - Physical Work - Is able tospend time in excess of 8 hours sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
