The Registrar Office Assistant receives incoming telephone calls for the center, obtains callers’ names and forwards calls to the appropriate party, answers inquiries and takes messages. Will attend to the records office reception area by meeting, greeting and directing all visitors. Provides administrative support to the central office team to include word processing, filing, copying, labeling, Internet researching, scanning and faxing materials, enters data in the student management database and ensures data quality.
Essential skills include the following: language skills, writing skills, reasoning ability and computer skills. Responsibilities
- Greets visitors, provides information requested, routes visitors to the appropriate party.
- Answers phones, provides information about the schools or directs calls to appropriate party.
- Checks voicemail and responds to messages in a timely manner.
- Receives notifications of student applications.
- Processes online enrollments.
- Sends appropriate email, mail, and phone calls to students who have applied.
- Tracks enrollment progress in student management database.
- Inputs new student data into Synergy.
- Ensures student information system is accurate and up to date.
- Works in collaboration with school and central office team to coordinate iExcel and Bridges.
- Provides administrative support to enrollment coordinator to include managing schedule, coordinating meetings and correspondence, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Provides support to registrars.
- Collects and distributes mail daily.
- Maintains and stocks office supplies.
- Assists with staff scheduling where applicable.
- Assists all records office staff with various tasks to ensure the success of the overall function of the records office team.
- Contributes to overall success of Goodwill Education Initiatives by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor — for example, making copies and labels, sending faxes, assisting with mailings, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Application Analyst will be as a skilled software programmer who is comfortable with both front end and back end programming. The Analyst will be responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture ensuring the performance of applications working with different user groups. Goodwill’s Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) pairs mothers pregnant with their first child with a registered nurse for ongoing home visits aimed at supporting mothers and families in providing the very best start for their children during the earliest, most developmentally critical years. NFP is an international, community health program, widely researched and recognized for increasing healthcare access and improving health outcomes.Implemented in Indiana exclusively by Goodwill, NFP began in Marion County in November 2011. To date, the program has served more than 2,300 families.
As a Nurse Home Visitor, you will improve critical outcomes for at-risk women and their children who receive services in local communities. You will begin visiting the mother during pregnancy and continue until the child is age two, and you will provide coaching and support to first-time expectant mothers. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of clinical nursing practice and adherence to the NFP model, and to policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards of NFP and of the lead agency. This is a great full time opportunity through Goodwill Commercial Services! The Tremont warehouse is located at 413 N. Tremont St. Indianapolis, IN 46222. Our Commercial Services warehouse is in need of a full time forklift operator/box truck driver. Time will be split between transporting product using the forklift and light deliveries with the box truck. Hours are Monday through Friday, 1st shift.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for job analysis, conducting time studies, and providing engineering support for the Tremont production operations. Duties include analyzing job samples, conducting time studies, and facilitating team feasibility meetings and contract reviews. Additionally, this employee is responsible for job setup, which consists of writing and maintaining work instruction manuals, creating standards and developing production training support materials. Will analyze workforce utilization, facility layout and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts and production schedules to determine and create efficiencies.
Provides technical support to production team on an as-needed basis to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process problems. Suggests and implements continuous improvement projects that result in greater efficiency, safety, quality, and productivity. Works with outside vendors on equipment installations, repairs, or setups as needed. The position is also responsible for responding to inquiries from potential customers for price quotes. Contributes as a key member of the management team, which consists of the plant manager, engineer, quality assurance inspector, production scheduler, warehouse and production support, and case managers.
