Outlet Associate - Franklin Road Outlet

Hours of Operation

Outlet: 8:00am to 10:00pm Monday thru Saturday and 10:00am to 8:00pm Sunday

Warehouse: 7:00am to 10:00pm Monday thru Saturday and 9:00am to 8:00pm Sunday

Responsibilities

The Outlet Associate may function in various capacities within the Outlet and Warehouse facility.  Some of these job functions include:

• Cashier
• Donation Door Attendant
• Floor Staff
• Sorter
• Loader
• Heavy Equipment Operator

• HS Diploma or GED, preferred. Less than high school education will be considered with up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
• Mathematical Skills:
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s
• Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
• Heavy Equipment:
• Pallet Jack, Double Stacker, Baler and Tipper
• Physical Demands:Stand for prolonged periods of time
• Grip, pull, and tug with hands
• Bend, kneel, and crouch with back and legs
• Lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include reading a computer monitor, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work including safety awareness
