  • POSITION SUMMARY

    Supervises, directs, coordinates, and controls activities of workers engaged in maintaining the grounds of Goodwill retail stores, commercial or public property.  As well as assisting with the completion of assigned work.  The position interfaces with Goodwill retail stores and other affiliated sites.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

    • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.     POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    • Less than high school education; but at least one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
    • Valid driver’s license is required
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Upon hire, an individual must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a BMV test.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
    • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.  Ability to compute ratios to properly mix chemicals (oil and gas).
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
