    $12.00 per hour

    The eCommerce Quality Control position may function in various capacities within ClickGoodwill. This role demonstrates behaviors consistent with our Mission, Vision and Values, on behalf of Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana.


    Hours of Operation

    7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

    Working shifts available include:  7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. 

    **May include occasional overtime work on Saturdays 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.



    • Evaluates all incoming merchandise for eCommerce auctions.
    • Critically analyzes merchandise; uses best practices to achieve maximum value for each donation in an eCommerce auction environment, including but not limited to grouping merchandise together.
    • Able to meet quota of 40 auctions per hour.
    • Maintains clean and orderly work area.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Military experience highly preferred
    • Detail oriented
    • Able to work independently
    • Able to think critically, and make decisions quickly
    • Works well in a fast pace environment
    • Knowledge of antiques, collectibles, and memorabilia preferred
    • Knowledge of clothing labels and designer products preferred
    • Internet navigation proficiency a must
    • Committed to continuous improvement
    • Results-oriented and driven to achieve goals and quota
    • Solid communication, both verbal and written a must
    • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs with or without accommodations
    • Willing to cross train in other as needed.
