Hours of Operation

8:00am to 10:00pm Monday thru Saturday

10:00am to 8:00pm Sunday

Responsibilities

The Retail Associate may function in various capacities within the retail location.  Some of those job functions include:

• Cashier
• Textile Producer
• Wares Producer
• Donation Door Attendant
• eCommerce Producer
• e-Books Producer
• Rack Runner and Cart Runner

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Military experience highly preferred
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
• Team player, solid work ethic and adherence to procedures and protocol, including maintaining confidentiality in passwords, logging on and off procedures, and adherence to the Goodwill’s principles.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work, including safety awareness.
• Good time-management skills.
• Must be able to bend, stand, stretch, grip, type and carry for long periods of time.
• Some positions will require carrying items in excess of 10 pounds and up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to view a computer screen regularly.
• Effective to superior reading, writing and math skills relative to the role assigned.
• Familiarity with computers and relevant software including basic computer and Internet navigation skills.
