IMET Part Time Receptionist receives incoming telephone calls for the center, obtains callers’ names and forwards calls to the appropriate party, answers inquiries and takes messages. Will attend to the front reception area by meeting, greeting and directing all visitors. Provides administrative support to the leadership team to include word processing, filing, copying, labeling, Internet researching and faxing materials.
Essential skills include language skills, writing skills, reasoning ability and computer skills, and working knowledge of Google applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet. Position requires strong focus on customer service with a can-do, professional attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
