The Jack Dustman Intern will gain hands-on experience working inside Goodwill’s Human Resources department, partnering with all areas of the organization. The intern will focus on creating high-quality training materials, aligned with best practices for adult learning. 



  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning objectives that impact their goals.
  • Design and produce learning materials for in-person classes and e-learning modules.
  • Define processes and communication plans for sustainably implementing new training.


Although this internship will allow for a flexible schedule, the Jack Dustman Intern must be willing to work at least 15-20 hours weekly. This internship will be open to junior/senior year college students and/or graduate students studying in the following areas: Education, Psychology, Graphic Design, and/or other related fields. Candidates should be creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with technology.


The base pay will be $12.00 per hour for 10-12 weeks of the summer.
