The Talent Acquisition Intern will gain hands on experience working inside Goodwill’s Human Resources department. The intern will focus on identifying and qualifying applicants for the purpose of deepening applicant pools for the hard to fill/high turnover positions. This role demonstrates behaviors consistent with our Mission, Vision and Values, on behalf of Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana.
Although this internship will allow for a flexible schedule, the TAT Intern must be willing to work 15-20 hours weekly. This internship will be open to junior/senior year college students and/or graduate students studying in the following areas PR/Marketing, fundraising, sales, communications and/or other related fields. Candidates should be comfortable making hiring recommendations, generating leads that turn into hires, and working with confidential and sensitive information. Additionally, the TAT intern must be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
