The Business Analyst supports employees by ensuring all technology tools available meet the needs for school staff, performance measurement, and reporting. The majority of the role is split between project management of Goodwill Education Initiative’s (GEI’s) DOMO software and to identify and create data analysis projects to support school personnel. The Business Analyst will work with school staff to identify and create the addition of new dashboards (cards) and changes to existing dashboard (cards). The Business Analyst will also be responsible for building a strong relationship with school staff and leverage those relationships to identify and conduct data analysis projects to support the staff, continue to improve school performance and identify any additional opportunities based on the results of the analysis. The Business Analyst will provide ongoing feedback, collaboration, and training opportunities while developing and maintaining data definitions and internal quality controls. The Business Analyst will do all this while fostering a close relationship across the entire GEI team and DOMO power users across the organization.
