The Manager, Business Intelligence and Reporting supports the organization by ensuring all technology tools available meet needs for dashboards, performance measurement, reporting and analysis. The role works directly with Goodwill Retail, Commercial Services, Foundation and other GCSI support teams providing the day to day support to each business unit. Responsibilities are split between DOMO (business intelligence tool), performance measurement, and other data analysis projects. Fosters close relationships across the organization to identify technology and data needs of leadership. Collaborates with leadership to create logic models, identify performance metrics, and providing ongoing data reviews. This person will work with the Director, Corporate Impact and Analytics to establish priorities, action items, and deliverables for software systems. Assists leadership with researching, organizing, visualizing, and analyzing data for specific projects and initiatives. Provides user training, feedback opportunities, and collaboration.
